There's a warranty period and servicing had always been done in Singapore undertaken by the local distributor.
Like all our mass order over the years, we will suggest ordering only if you feel comfortable :o

Hi just curious to know the popular, bestselling models for Bezzera? Unsure whether to go for Lever, BZ or E61. Home use only. 3-4 double shot cups a day.

Narrowing down to BZ10 and Strega. Is the taste profile vastly different? There are many fans in HB forum for Strega. BZ10 is nice and compact.

The taste profile will be quite different.
The Strega releases a wider spectrum of profiles and applying simple techniques can get you different profiles from the same coffee.

That said, the BZ10 is also capable of producing cafe quality espressos and lattes.
The BZ series will have its own sets of outstanding merits, they are designed to be smaller, faster and more affordable.

Many models are currently out of stock.
They are now available for pre-order, to be delivered at the end of this month.

However, the lot that comes at the end of this month, are already half sold out.
The next lot after this will only come in October

Updates and main focus for the new year:

There will be a launch of a range of very good coffee at around the end of Feb.

The beans are certified speciality coffee and are roasted by very experienced roasters from Italy. In total 20 blends will be introduced, and every blend tastes distinctively different from each other. The beans are not only certified of high grade, but the coffee also has its certificates of origin. It's possible for the producer to trace from the bag's unique certificate number to the exact plot it came from, and the people behind the processes.

There is even a range of handpicked coffee, the most expensive and tedious harvesting method to guarantee that only the best beans are picked. As well as free trade, organic range and wild coffee. Every step of the process, from the harvesting, processing and transporting the greens, are monitored. A lot of thoughts are done in the roasting phase to bring out the best flavours from each origin of the beans. Various techniques including split roasting and slow roasting are used for the purpose. Coffee is also properly destoned to eliminate the risk of damaging your grinder, as foreign objects like stones are often found among greens.

We were invited to taste the samples, together with cafe operators and guest from the hotel trade. What is agreed is they are very different from the ones sold locally or typical Italian dark roast that people usually expect. From the twenty blends, there is definitely one that is suitable for you.

Users won't have to worry that it's stale though it was roasted months ago. The coffee is packaged with the most sophisticated system available in the coffee industry. We had tried coffee that was roasted more than three months old, yet they taste as good as they were recently roasted. Delicate flowery and citrusy notes are preserved, crema is rich, aftertaste is pleasant. We were told that they could last up to 12 months, and within the first six months, there should be minimal distortions. They do last slightly lesser after opening as the degassing period is complete, but we had tried coffee that was opened for more than a week old, and they are still able to extract very well with full flavours and pleasant aftertaste. This will mean that users can stock more coffee without worrying about finishing them within the usual 2-3 weeks, or need to worry if the rest time is enough. The one-way valves, bags, packaging machine, roasting machines are all made in Italy. The faculty has earned sanitary certificates. Coffee will come in 250g or 1kg bags.

FCC is possibly working out a system to provide a deep discount for those who has their machines from them. There might also be a system of free samples. Will release more information once things are set in place.
