Yes of course allowed...think of the casino like a Giant supermarket outlet in the shopping malls...:s13:

Hi,
I'll be staying at metropark kowloon and I've been told that I can take "A21" to Argyle Centre or
Bank Centre - Nathan Road and change a taxi to the hotel. Does anyone know approximately how much the taxi fare will be?

TIA!

hmm I not sure how much it's going to cost, due to the factor like traffic jam, driver fast /slow etc. can use google map to gauge the total distance between 2 locations tho.

This is useful for other travel destination
1) http://maps.google.com/
2) type in 1st location keyword: "Metropark Hotel Mongkok, 22 Lai Chi Kok Rd, Kowloon, Hong Kong"
3) click the link "to here"
4) another box popup, type in 2nd location keyword: "Argyle Centre Kowloon Nathan Road"
5) total distance 1.1km

Hi guys, just another question..is there much to see and do at the Peak..i was reading and understand that there is a shopping centre and some cafes there..but are they mostly catered to higher end stuff?

reason i am asking is i am trying to catch the peak before and after sunset..so i reckon i will reach around 6pm(is that too late)? to catch the sunset and leave at around 7plus..
i don't think 30minutes will be sufficient for me to get back to TST to catch the symphony of lights right?

thanks for advice again~

hey dude...hw many ppl u travelling with?
Well is it your first time there? If its your first time, then u try the airport express train.
if its not your first time, i would recommend u to take a cab straight away to ur hotel.
Cuz in order to take A21...u will need to take the Airport Express...When u take airport express...it already cost u half or more than half i tink of ur cab fare...

Save time..Save hassles~

yup there's a shopping center and some cafes there, unless u really have something to buy, otherwise there's nothing much to see except for the view at the peak, or madame tussards.

U might want to try to catch a minibus down to central ferry piers, its considered the cheapest and fastest way down. then catch the star ferry from central piers to tst. u can still see the symphony of lights on the ferry if u past 8pm. :s12:

taking A21 to argyle centre then taking a cab from there should be the best way. Just grab ur luggage after u landed at the airport and head to the ground transportation center. Argyle center is the 4th stop from the airport. cab fare should be around 40hkd excluding charges for luggages in boot.

Actually after coming down from Peak, i walked to the Star ferry. A nice little stroll and from there took Star ferry to TST. Enuff time to catch the beautiful symphony of stars.

Hi Fritters,
if taking their airport express, 3 adults' and 2 children's fare already cost >HK$400, not mentioning need to transfer to other lines to reach Mongkok. Heard the cab from airport to town will be about HK$300 only leh. Not sure if it's true. Hope those who had taken cabs from airport to Mongkok lately can advise.

hmms u staying which hotel? i took once from jordan area to airport is abt hk $300++

yah u haf 5 pax, i think its more worth it to take cab. or u can get a quote from yr hotel

for airport transfer..
