The purpose of online pre-booking is to reserve the room directly online. If you want to call, haggle over the phone line, please go ahead.

I only received scammer message impersonate from the hotel that my bookings r cancel and ask me click a link to get refund


but the links looks super weird , eg. The letter “o” is number 0. I don’t hotel name will use number 0 to replace the letter o.

emailed to Agoda & hotel direct.
both deny any booking cancelled. Ask me don’t click the link.

juz go to the website and check your bookings lo... safer.

Use trip.com better la. Everytime use their platform for hotel + airticket. Become diamond member, got free airport lounge access. Diamond plus member got free USS ticket.. plus quite reliable...

The worst part about Agoda is ... you will end up paying a lot more when you click "Pay later" button, even if you confirm months ahead of the hotel booking.

Agoda can reserve without paying till weeks before your trip. Sibei power.

Sometimes I wonder how they can even honour but I am not complaining. I reserved something without paying last month and prices have already gone up by 1.2X.

actually why ppl still wanna book via agoda or booking.com ah? most accredited hotels have price guarantee. just book via official website, reference agoda or booking.com or hotels.com or whatever.com prices if they are somehow lower than official website and the hotel will honour the same price for confirm plus chop booking.

I have been using Agoda all my life. In total close to a hundred bookings.

Dun remember got any issues worth mentioning.

Most of the time Agoda offers the cheapest rate.

Strangely, although same company, It's always cheaper than booking.com by 20-50%,

Recently I even started booking flights with them.
