Eat a healthy but also happy diet, that means more fruits and vegetables but also meat, mostly white meat or oily fish, and occasionally junk food.

One of the most well-known challenges for vegans is getting enough vitamin B12, which is only found in animal products like eggs and meat.

Later in life, the amount of B12 in a person’s blood has been directly correlated with their IQ. In the elderly, one study found that the brains of those with lower B12 were six times more likely to be shrinking.

It is ok bro.
Professional help will gana chop carrot.
I cannot agree with this comment. All one needs is to see a doctor at the polyclinic and ask for a referral, usually to IMH, and the consultation and prescription medicine are heavily subsidised if one is a Singaporean. For beginners, usually one sees the doctor once every two to three months; after the condition is under control like my case, usually I see the shrink once a year only. Prices are already very reasonable, and the only concern is the stigma that society has regarding mental issues. This is another topic altogether, but ultimately costs should not be a concern for one wanting to see a doctor and get medicine to cope with daily life.
