I do not know him personally but he know someone from the QM or my attach unit (Can't remember the detail since it had been years ago).

So we chit chat & I start to question him about these stuffs.

After I know these from him, I ask him if he is interest to know how to do the correct way since he know that he look like a clown himself.

I am ok with SAF reputation become bad to worst but I feel that it is not right for NSF & NSmen to suffer due to SAF REG & DXO is incompetent.

Since he is interest to do it the correct way, I decided to teach him since I am free or have some spare time to teach him.

-----------------------------------------------------

As for my unit, yes I do question my NSmen if they are in improper attires however I am ok with F.uck 4 (More then 4 fingers but not 1 side longer then another side) but not macdonald boots.

so u know the NSF?

Do you know how does the usage of the word "question" sounds like here?

Hmm...yes?

Can't remember what rank I hold when I attach to that unit since I have promoted 2 times before in NS.

If it is my current rank, then base on the right my attach unit authorize me, I have the right to command their men & question anyone in my attach unit (just like the same in my unit).

The clerk was not from my attach unit but at the point of time, he is inside my unit with an improper attires which I have the right to question him.

really, so means higher rank than another person means can question him even though you are not his direct superior?

He is within my attach unit premises with an improper attires.

Even if I am not his direct superior, I can report this matter to his superior & ban him from entering the my attach unit with the reason 'improper attires'.

did u read what u typed?

Yes. If you are issued a

No.3 uniform -
It means you are on a ASA (admin support assistant) course.
Vocation after posting out will be either a clerk or a non-combat medic.

No.4 uniform -
This will mean you will embark on a SAGE (supply assistant) course.
Vocation after posting out will be either a supply assistant (storeman) or a security trooper.

The courses will be performed in different classrooms as to your uniform. You will be wearing the same uniform for the 2 years in service.

Only lunch provided ? No breakfast or dinner? What's the reporting time and dismissal time each day?
Any night training, as in night lectures ?
Are there any bunks for you to rest or station in ? Or just hang around canteen and classrooms?
No rifle issued? Is it strictly a clerical course ?

Reporting will be at Yew Tee MRT station and time will most likely be between 0715 to 0745 depending on your platoon and company strength.

No it's not strictly a clerical course, you might be a storeman or trooper which is... quite hands on.

Nice air-conditioned lecture hall to watch movies in and air-conditioned classrooms to your lessons, it's a stayout BMT, you get to go home everyday, you don't even have to kiwi your boots everyday, what more can a PES E soldier ask for?

WUT?

I don't think you seem to understand.

He asked if he should wear no.3 or no.4 and what I told him was that he will not recieve both uniforms, he will only receive one, either no.3 or no.4. If he receives no.3, it will be no.3 for the 2 years of his service. If he receives no.4, then he will wear that for 2 years of his service.

Not sure if it's me who doesn't understand or you who doesn't.

Let me try to break it down for you.

There is no no.3/4, is either no.3/4

You are trying to say

1) There is no
2) no.3/4
3) is either
4) no.3/4

You at first say there is NO no.3/4, but you again say it is either no.3/4.

I don't know what sense does it make. It's akin to say you are not given something and now you are given something.

i passed out from a recent pes e bmt batch at HRI. now we do receive both no. 3 and no.4 uniforms. your vocation will be made known to you on the first day. after you hand over your pink ic, you'll be given this slip of paper that will tell you what is your vocation and whether you'll be working for army, airforce or navy.
