bought 1 casing and TGSP from tb.. the TGSP is good.. but the casing not so....

Hi to all Huawei users, I happen to drop my p9 lite and unintentionally crack the screen badly. Any chance if the screen is covered under its 24months warranty? If not, how much would I have to pay if I send you for repair? Thanks for any of your help if any of you encountered this in your experience using huawei phones.

I recall reading cracked screen is part of its 2 years warranty.
only once throughout the 2 years though.

call the service centre.

I have the Huawei P9 (EVA-L19) in titanium grey colour. Be aware that this phone model may not be good for travelling due to its limited range of 4G FDD LTE network frequency support. Even the Asus Zenfone 3 which is much cheaper has a wider range of 4G FDD LTE support.
