Recently, I went to Taiwan.

I was sitting at the window seat, and I personally observed almost the entire Taiwan on the plane, from the time the plane was at Kenting (the southern tip of Taiwan), all the way to the time it landed at Zhong Zheng International Airport (now known as Taoyuan International Airport).

It made me realized, everywhere is the same.

If we regard the sea as land, we can see that actually we are all on the same Earth. Singapore is no different than Taipei, Kuala Lumpur is no different than Kaohsiung, and Penang is no different than Tainan.

Therefore, migration is just a dream.

Taiwan has 健保, which is similar to our CPF.

Singapore got BTO.

Singapore salary is higher than Taipei salary.
After factoring in the costs of living, the affordability should be the same.

Instead of thinking of escaping, we should be thinking of how to achieve the right mathematical calculations.

After all, mathematics helps to optimise resources, everyone of us and everything around us are resources.

The reason why we feel suppressed is because we care too much about what other people think about us.

Although comparing with other people would ensure that we have standards, we should constantly remind ourselves that everyone's life goals are different.

No matter what, we need to keep moving forward.

Writing these has been a very healing experience. The above-mentioned is a chicken soup of life that I would like to share with everyone. You are welcome.

This music video summaries life really well. Ultimately, all of us are here to experience our own lives. As long as we have done our job well, that is enough already. Wish everyone have a pleasant journey. :)

own country treat ownn citizens as 2nd 3rd class..then isn't it the same elsewhere?
bro honestly migration did solved all my problem.

i still rememberd when i was still in sg many people told me when i told them i migrating to Australia.
their famous words always "do u know u will be 2nd class citisen in Australia?"

and i reply the "it is better being a 2nd class citisen then being the lowest class citisen in singapore the way i was treated over so many years and being 2nd class citisen is actually and upgrade!!!"
and they give me one type of smile like i am crazy person.

i been living in Australia for the past 13 years and the people there dont treat me like 2nd class citisen they treat me like human being bro i even took up Australia citisenship and have my baby girl born there too and exectly the 4th year the same week we went back to sg and renounce our sg citisenship.

if u notice i always said everyday is a blessing bro

Even if second class, there is a difference in the “second class” mah.

Just like Manager, the manager is different in SME and MNC. Salary also different. $4000 can be manager’s salary. $8000 also can be manager’s salary. :o If chiu talk about migration, there is the environment that’s already a big difference.

What is meant by country treating people......

You talking about countriew with totalitarian regimes lah right? Like North Korea, China Russia, Iran, oh and Singapore?

Otherwise there is nothing about country treating people in bigger democratic countries.

Especially when I am in the mountain hiking or skiing. Or on the lake kayaking I have no thoughts about how I am "treated" by the country.

Never crosses my mind about that type of thing. Much less what is 2nd class citizen?

There is discrimination which is pretty much very bad and no one dares to openly do.

But saying things like country treats me like 2nd class citizen everyone hearing that will say WTF is that? Lol
