Sometimes it could be your thyroid or sleep apnea

Actually 6+ hours is too little. Try to get 8 hours... and everytime you sleep lesser than 7.5 hours, your body is fighting to stay awake and you need time to recuperate, like more sleep etc.. the point is, for X hours of sleep that you've missed out, you need X + Y to make up for it, and not just X hours.

Lastly, sleep patten is also important. Any abrupt changes in your sleep and wake up timing?

Like for me, everytime when my kids start school after holidays, that first 1-2 weeks I would be tired af. Sleep pattern changes, your wake up timing etc..

need magnesium (glycinate or glycerophosphate is good for me)

avoid heavy meals after 6/8pm, takes energy to digest food

Is the quality of your sleep count not hours.

If you wear a smart watch sleep it will tell you where your problem. Normally I get 1.5 hour of deep sleep 3-4 hour of light sleep out of 7 hours of bed time

TS ... maybe you although have slept for 7 hours, but maybe a lot of the hours were not quality sleep ... you may also want to exercise more or learn Taiji for better blood flow ... :)
