ICT still ok. Company will just take it as unpaid leave.

Maternity is 4 months fully paid.

its normal, other ppl will be pissed as work is pushed to them when u applied leave.

Men kanna yearly for reservists. Some bosses even ask why we must go ICT!?

i agree. we don't actually want to raise tfr. we only say it cos we have to, but in reality, work comes first, not baby making. seriously singaporeans, get your priorities right, you are workers first, everything else second.

many wont even stay till retirement.. cos once retired they will just go back to home country, and that's fantastic! we dont have to worry about taking care of these old folks who are just taking up space in this country.. space that could have been utilised by younger workers
