Capitaland revamped it to be just like another mall with mostly restaurants, some retail and a supermarket. Before, it was mostly clubs, bars and restaurants. Was very vibrant with many clubbers, tourists, ppl soaking in the crowd. Now it’s just very quiet unlike last time.

CapitaLand just want to collect rent, they don’t care whether the tenancy mix is correct or not. JCube, a new mall they managed until they found it better to demolish and build condo etc instead.
