as in pcr test might still show positive due to fragments of virus prior to departure or arrival at destination country

or recover liao confirm pcr show negative?

korea doesn’t recognize the discharge letter from moh

https://overseas.mofa.go.kr/sg-en/brd/m_2435/view.do?seq=761362
Who is NOT eligible to enter Korea via VTL
1. Individuals who recovered from COVID-19 infection and inoculated with one single dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

2. Individuals who are fully vaccinated overseas and have their vaccination records registered in Singapore's National Immunisation Registry (NIR).

3. Individuals who recovered from COVID-19 infection and still test positive for PCR test.

※ We would not be able to guarantee that the discharge memo issued by MOH (Singapore) would be recognized in Korea as proof that you are no longer infectious.
