Wake up, feel stiff

During HIIT do high knee or jumping jack, feel very pain at side of foot , u know those area near flat foot side.

During jogging, after few minutes also same as hiit. The side painful sia.

If do stationary exercise like squat or burpee still okay

Yes. It's gone. Singapore medical fees high. You can use hacksaw to just ownself amputate before it becomes worse. Best of luck.

How old are you?

I think quite normal after 40? If you haven’t been keeping fit.

Problem identified.

39 years old . 1 week 3x exercise
Did you engage personal trainer before? Or self-taught those exercises from videos?

I thinking is it possible your posture/form not correct, which results in excessive strain or wear/tear.

because never land your stride properly. hitt when u sprint need to land on the ball of the heel to absorb

probably footwear play am important role in your running

can feel the pain you are going through
it is sharp and very painful

time also to get some calcium intake
