Recently subscribed to Singtel 1Gbps Wifi services for my new home.
The technician came to make the installation today, promised the wifi will be available before 12pm.
We find that rather unusual because from past experiences, the wifi can be accessed immediately after installation.
As at 830pm today, we are still unable to access the wifi after many calls with the staff, even with the head of the department.
From the latest call, the call centre staff even asked me to wait until 7th April for the technician to come make the installation again.
I feel like living in a 3rd world country with 3rd world telco services.
I have subscribed to Singtel services for many years, prestige member and nothing like this has happened before.
What is happening to Singtel? feeling very frustrated now.
Anyone has similar experience with Singtel recently? What's a good solution?
