CW is the way dah. F1 drivers ensures u fast & furious. CW3 hoot to Bukit Indah.
RTS later kena stuck..... Jam inside for hours..... Huat la.

Back to gelang patah again for the coffee and homemade bao. This time waited 10mins till the homemade bao arrived





Wanted to try peanut bao and tau sha bao but they say don't have. So only ordered turnip bao and Kongba.

You making me fomo !!!!

Yes there's a zus there but it's the last thing I would go check out there. Too many other great stuff in the area imo.

IRRC, when we chatted with some owners there I think one of them mentioned RM6000+ per month (I think) . Unsure if it's just ground floor or include upper level. Some of them have their workers live upstairs.

Based on my selfish perspective, the area can really do with some proper noodle shops but then you may need to research the clientele there to see if there's any demand or enough foot traffic.

Suggest you go to the sales office over at the club house at level 2. Get the staff to drive you to those existing precincts that still have balance units for sale to view the housing surrounding. You will love it even more… quiet and serene…
Many MY or ah tiong that leased to stay eventually buy for own stay …
Some visiting from sg: both MY and ah tiong also buy to relocate from sg…

Double chops confirmed is not the same company.
See the T shirt at night market is neon green and not dark brown.
Also, night market uses a machine to process the mangoes fruits much like a sugar cane juice and not using blender like the one at Mangolicious
Aiya.,, ga ga lai night market to satisfy your cravings… it seems this mango isn’t always open at night market. Last week, I don’t think I see it at all.
