should be looking at physio, then gradually build up to be able to do mobility exercise
old people problem typically is pain then they don't want to move around liao... end up deteriorate even faster
body you don't use, will revert to bare minimum specs
eat simi stuff but dont move much also wont add much, since those ligament, tendon, cartilage simi all are not fed much by blood vessels... only when you move then nutrients will be pumped and circulated better around those parts better
