for me, i just buying necessities, hehe

i am a retiree with no income, just savings and interest money

will be gone maybe soon

last time my time, one bowl of wanton mee or chicken rice only 50 cents, and during that time, pay was quite high for people

now pay so little, prices increase so much, i worry for the younger generation, they still have to fight with foreigners and shxxty PAP polices

Fresh grad now can earn 8K

When I'm WFH, I'll cook all my meals.

Going back to office, I'll just eat at the canteen.
The prices haven't risen much compared to outside. I've taken to packing dinner home. It's relatively cheaper.

If I wanna cook, I'll try to prevent wastage. This means that if I buy a pack of veggies, I'll try to consume it fully and not keep until it turns yellow. This requires pre-planning of the meals so that you fully maximise what you buy.
