Especially Salah. Although he has been saying that he is not worry about his goal drought, can see his relieve when the ball went in. Taking off shirt and celebrating. Have not seen this side of him.

And he did a dummy on Robertson during celebration

Thats why the fans demanded all along from Henderson.

Not start matches but come on as subsitute.

It worked wonders today!

For the longest time, I don't see our players running in from deep and score a goal. So I'm glad that hendo run all the way from half way line to present himself a chance to tap in a goal.

Another pleasing thing this morning was we adjusted our play unlike against spurs. We were pumping high ball into the saints box all night long without success, not help by wayward crossing from TAA (except for the goal) and Robo. We changed and managed to score one through the middle and one from a low cross into the 6 yard box.

We needed Hendo’s energy today.

and that Mo Salah goal was world class. Great run by Firmino to create the space.

can see that we have been able to get goals from variation of plays and players.
only we haven resorted to desperate shooting from outside.

Yes. N Klopp make the sub in 60mins. Not 75mins. Sometime he should have done during the Spurs match.

We were leading 1-0 at 60th min during spurs match, Klopp only make the sub after 1-1

Yes. We were overrun and under alot of pressure when we were 1-0 at 60th min. Even Klopp also admit he did not make things move fast.

If old toilet and draw them and Spurs can nick a win, we might have a chance.

Great thing is these 2 teams are playing to ensure top 4 finish.

So City will have quite tough matches.

And Leicester could be a banana skin.

If old toilet and draw them and Spurs can nick a win, we might have a chance.

IMO among all our remaining matches, our biggest banana skin is the Wolves match. They have slain so many big clubs already this season. And it just HAVE to be our last match :s22:

We were still 1-0 up, we already had the most defensive midfield on the field, what Klopp was trying to do was to defend this 1-0 lead, but eventually he was forced to go for the attack and sacrifice the midfield after 1-1 la. You saw how open our midfield became after both hendo/Milner were sub out?

I don’t see how by doing these sub earlier make sense unless we were looking to improve our GD, And luckily we didn’t concede the second goal because of VD
