Loan Shark Harassment and how to stop it

They are mostly in Malaysia or Batam . Some are in Manila some operate from Bangkok or China . They can't call you from SG and maintain their conversation here they can be detected and these people are owned by white collar smart CRIMINALS . I once had a call from a guy name Robin WAAA fluent English ! So I put on my grammar and asked him about repayments he was so professional when talking in the end I asked him why a such young bright young boy like you work for them ? He gave a small haha and asked if I'm still interested . I said no and he better not work for AL ...he said okay bye take care and put down the phone . He is not the one hunting you he is like the rest debtors and collecting victims to get their own percentage . In reality the bosses already earned and these people don't even want to know you personally except to intimidate you and after your long gone they will continue with others . Don't be surprised after a two years you might hear the same voice telling you HELLO BLALER NEED SOME LOAN ON YOUR SIDE ? ANYTHING CALL ME GIVE GOOD RATES . Despite knowing you had bad debts with them ....you see they don't care they just wanna start a new cycle and earn as much as possible . They don't lead a happy life and some are even the bosses who calls and can have two voices the nice man and the angry hokkien idiot LOL to me now they are a comical bunch , their lives just revolves on squeezing money especially from timid ones . Hence I hope people who reading this to stop paying and embrace your life again . Thick face goes a long way and don't repeat . If everyone stop paying and ignore all LS even SPF will have a better time and better things to investigate . As for now several of them heading to some KTV or maybe some having dinner with their families and theirs wives don't even know the hubby is a Stall Holder LOL !!!! All Cari makan lor ... The cycle continues and they don't care about you at a personal level they themselves are afraid of SG law if they operated here or see you face to face .

If you run away with 20 k from a triad in SG maybe you can be nervous but even they won't risk it these days and age unless you're their own kaki and playing punk .

Yeah.. i owe 4 al....I have already cleared them all more than initial agreed amount....actually honestly 3 been very nice to me....but I think have 2 al is actually the same stall people....I believe owe money pay money so I paid all cos they follow "terms and agreement".... Only one giving me problem.....initially loan 400 he ask me defer defer then I asked him clear need how much he say $3000 LOL.....so I just paid him below $1K and block him.... Then he continuously harassed my NOK work place etc,order delivery come my house....

Around 1mth plus already.....standard say want set fire etc.....very greedy this AL....

3 weeks back, a guy called me to offer me a loan. borrow 1k take 1k, pay 1.2k ($400/month) and i agreed because i was very broke and lost my job. eventually i only received $400, pay $650 or $200 deferment and pay full must inform one day in advance between 12pm-12.10pm. okay next week due and i transfer $650 as mentioned, so far so good.

started calling me late last week and this week and ask me support him, ask me take loan. told him i don't need money and he start pestering me asking me to support him. he called me in the evening just now again ask me to loan, i picked up the phone only because it's a unknown number (private number) imo, heard his voice and i mute the call as in i act like no reception. the next thing i know i receive $790 in my bank account, 1st transaction is $600 via ibanking and 2nd transaction is $190 from cash deposit machine.

i know very obvious i have been scammed so i need help here. i read this thread, should block them change number close account report police...

which one should i do first? report police or close bank account first? i did call the npc hotline to enquire just now, doesn't sound very helpful to me and i heard a smirk from the police.

please help me bros and sis.

Just don't pay them. Now I waiting for the runner to come up my house. If he transfer you the money then you just take it. Take them as Santa Claus. If you going to pay them then there is no ending. What you can do now is block their number.

Go and close ur bank account first to prevent more uneccessary loans then u go police station to report...
Anyways u will be harassed...since they already transferred without ur acknowledgement....u can first of tell him say give u account u give back the original amount but if he refuse (most likely), ask him go police station take....or u can just close ur account already and keep the money cos free one... either one they also gonna harass u...if u now take the loan and then pay the interest, they know u easy catch and more will come....

U also cartoon....act no reception... Haha....go lodge a police report first....remember take screenshot of all transactions, call log and messages (personally I export them)...

you know after i post this comment, one of those dicks wa me to tell me about payment term, account to pay and which number to contact for payment. this is a forced loan, like i was quite lost tbh.

Bro. No point transfer back the amount to them. They will still harrass you. Because what they want is you to pay back them more. What I can suggest is if you think you should not take the money they transfer you then you should take the money and donate it. Help ah long to do some charity.

The only way we can prevent paint splash is we caught the runner before they can do anything. I know we won't know when they will come but we should try just for one day. We can only gamble luck on our side or ah long side.

They trying their luck, you should tell the AL say that u don't have money and don't want the loan, if don't want to give u account to trf him back then say nvm ask him go police station own self collect.... I recommend u to close ur bank tmrw and withdraw out all the money first, if you bank account still exist, they might they others u are a good fish etc and later many unknown money will be trf to ur account...u can not let them see that u fear and u paid them back with interest if not they will know u easy prey...don't be too detailed here....after all this is a public space...

Let the cctv do it's job. While we can all sit down have a kopi downstairs our houses and relax. Why stay up late for them? Even when they come, you are not to inflict any harm towards their runner but report police. Else it will be considered as criminal offense if you go harm those runners.

Go report police, change number, close bank account and show the police reports to everyone you gave their contacts to the AL, even your company. Use the money install cctv and enjoy a good meal with your family
