Honestly, if you willing to spend up to $600, get a pair of Eclipse TD307MK3. You can buy from Amazon JP ship direct to Singapore. A pair will set you back 60000 yen including delivery. Add a cheap Topping or SMSL integrated and some speaker cables all together should be less than $600 SGD. I guarantee you this combo will be better sounding than any of the options listed above. These are true audiophile grade speakers and can be the start of a very very deep rabbit hole.

If want to buy locally, can buy from Audio88 from Adelphi, though obviously a bit more ex.
