Not surprising. After PAP's 70% landslide win in PE2023, WP would want to be cautious and even less confrontational.

Iswaran is not a bread and butter issue, so it's hard to predict if raising the issue of him getting paid while being investigated is going to win them votes or loses votes.

Again this is not WP's fault, but more of a survival tactic for opposition because of the conservative and risk-averse sinkie electorate.
