in a typical #9, age is not an very important factor. though younger they have the energy and pace to beat defenders but as they aged, they use their experience, positional experience to beat defenders to score. just look at cavani 1st season with utd, he was like 32/33, most of the goals he scored then was due to using position to beat the defenders. not to mention Ibrahimovic, he was already 35 when he joined Utd, pace totally none but his experience helped him to whack in all those goals
Depends on the team chance creation..look at lewan still zero goals at world cup. Without bayern or barca god like midfield he cant score sheet.

Manchester United shirt sponsor TeamViewer could be set to pull the plug on their £235million deal with the club, according to reports.

The German technology company are reportedly coming under increasing pressure from investors to review their contract with United, with it being described as 'a sign of appalling judgement'.

But, according to The Telegraph, the £47million-a-year agreement could be set to end sooner rather than later following a stern letter from investors Petrus Advisers.

TeamViewer confirmed in August that they will not be renewing their current contract, which expires in 2026, but there are now fears they could look for a way out sooner.

TeamViewer's deal is United's second largest commercial contract - behind the £750m kit deal with adidas.

More sponsors may pull out if Man Utd failed to qualify for the Champions League next season.

also must consider the squad's average age. brazil is a more balance team to compare and likely to win the cup.

United is over value....I don't think can sell for 6 billion.
probably those oil rich buyers like dubai. they have alot of 6 billion as long the world still needs oil.

ultimately the ones laughing all the way to the bank are the glazers. bought utd for 790 mil without using any of their money and still able to sell the club for so much plus all the years of dividends and taking loans using utd.

french players like to create trouble. look at griezmann, dembele, pogba, mbappe, rabiot etc.
Like Cantona too?
But hey SAF knows how to handle him and get the best out of him...plus all our other players with strong characters.
That's how he built a team that was feared in the 90s.

ETH just need to know how to change their attitude and and set them on the right path when playing for the club.

Amancio Ortega, the owner of the Inditex empire that owns the fashion chain Zara, is interested in buying Manchester United.

Ortega, 86, is worth $61.3billion, according to Forbes, and it is understood he has informed senior executives of his interest in United.

Ortega owns 59% of Inditex and last year appointed his daughter, Maria Ortega Perez, as the chairwoman of the Zara fashion chain. His Artexio company that operates the eight retail stores generated revenue of €27.7bn in the year to January 31 2022.

Ortega has primarily invested into real estate in Madrid, Barcelona, London, Chicago, Miami and New York and has not ventured into the sporting world.

Five-time Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo is edging closer to joining Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr after ripping up his contract at Manchester United, according to reports in Spain. The 37-year-old superstar is currently a free agent after the Red Devils confirmed the departure of the Portuguese forward earlier this week following the mutual termination of his Old Trafford deal.

No European club wants him.
