Do I need to send them termination notice if I have ported out already? Cos my account shows that it is still active.
wah.. up till now my line still not activated on Zero1. Ported from Singtel to Zero1. My Singtel line was cut off last Friday. Today 1 week already.
Sent an email to Zero1 2 days ago.
Meanwhile llst.![]()

Today 25 Mar after lunch, checked my hp...i realised that my Singtel line sim status became 'SOS only' (previously indicate got service - can receive sms only). I switched on the other phone holding the Zero1 sim. Got service! Tested with calling Zero1 number and it worked.
From my Singtel line cut off on 15 Mar till now my Zero1 line is serviceable, total day to port over my line is 10 days. Btw so far I didn't receive any reply to my email sent on 20 Mar.
This is my first hand experience of Zero1's zero service.
Hope no more issue.![]()

Anyone who is on the $19 plan intending to switch? I read that gomo also no roaming :|
Zero1 currently only left with the $9.90 ($13.90) plan which is still can consider. Their other plans $29.90 ($19) and $39.90 are totally not worth. Even the $9.90 plan, when after 6 mths becomes $13.90, is actually not that worthy too. If you have access to CIS plans from the 3 telcos, you are possible to get similar pricing plans affter you get the subsidized phone and sell it.why would it..?? they target diff groups of users... zero 1 $9.90 for first 6mth and $13.90 thereafter still cheaper than GOMO $20 (or other telcos except circles.life $0) either way...

wacky

Well, if it's a good rate, I don't see there is an issue to sign 2 years contract. For example, I managed to get mysim70 for less than $13 per month after selling the phone. That is 35gb data for less than $13 monthly. Don't think you can get better pricing in the near future.Meaning you still need to sign 2yrs of your life to a phone![]()
