Zero1 assurance is Zero, I never gonna believe it again which you informed me Zero1 want to refund me but never happen after weeks instead Zero1 still want to deduct money from my Credit card.
Zero1 must well changed it to Error1. How many emails communication to you and how many weeks gone without a solution? Now still in "Error" and "investigation" state? Line terminated in March, Charged me for extra April bill even I immediately replied email to ask for a STOP upon received of the Invoice but Zero1 still continues to deduct from my Credit card after 2 days.
Till date never return me the overcharged money after you admitted is your fault, instead zero1 still send me another invoice to double charge the April bill again. Can Zero1 TELL us how could we STOP zero1 from continuing deducting the money from our Credit card as Zero1 can directly deduct the money for it without our approval ? Zero1 had forced me to terminated my Credit card that has been locked in their system even after the line is terminated !!!
I'm not the only victim of the "Error", my fault that I didn't check carefully Zero1 record.
Be aware. Never Never use your credit card payment for Zero1 registeration as you cannot remove it after that, Zero1 will keep on charging to your credit card even after line terminated. This happen to me. Even after they confirmed is their mistake and said they will refund, yet, they still continues to bill and charge me non stop. I have to call the bank to terminate and change my CC.
Send them a lawyer’s letter. Will wake up after that.
But I’m happy with their service so far. Just sad to hear what happened to you.
How is Zero1 now? Have they improved?

Never never use credit card on Zero1 purchase as you cannot stop them from deducting money from it even after the line terminated.
There is phone number stated in the Invoice but Phone call will direct you to auto reply ask you to write email to them, email to them is not effective, in simple word, zero1 zero support.

Use debit card, not song just change card
I thought of it also that is why I immediately replied to the billing and Yes teams with all attachment showing that the line already terminated, but they still continue to deduct the money from my Credit card. This "error" billing not happen once but twice.

Yes this might be the only way, but the billing will be a problem as they delayed the billing and once you received it there are unreasonable charges in it, you need to settle the bill with them.

What I did was log into Zero1 website, add in another debit card that has like $2-3 and make it default. Delete the other card.

hmm, does 1 month notice meant that i tell them i will be porting out next month, or does it mean that i have to pay 1 month advancement regardless of when i port out?
anyway i should be porting out soon as well, just hope nothing goes wrong as i still have a outstanding bill for the last 3 months which they did not see the need to deduct.
