Yes, they do and will refund in 1 or mths time. If after that u still never receive, u can email them to process the refund.

I just collected my SIM, signed up for the 6u plan, ported over from M1. Will update if it's worth $9.90/month.

From experience, their customer service is really fast and good, compared to online reviews and feedback. When I submitted 2 separate tickets for different issues, they got back within the day itself with detailed answers. Maybe I'm lucky to have joined them after them improving customer service.

Personally I'm fine with 6GB a month as I mainly use mobile data for communication, and WiFi for media content.

UPDATE: Good speed, good internet. Throttled speed is ~1mbps, but I'm happy with the reception.

$12 for 60gb and singtel network.

Can only sign up and do transfer at AMK? And pay monthly at physical shop or shopee?

Any Jumbo retailer can do the topup, so those that are in shopee should be fine.

Absolutely no roaming rights for Jumbo plans. They said they might add in the future.

Only the unlimited plans (listed in Zero1 Website) have PPUR, but rates isn't that good too.

but now M1 Maxx can do in-app topup, while Z1 Jumbo still need retailer topup.

In fact, current M1 system is so confusing.

My M1 app for most M1 Postpaid Mobile plans, Home Broadband and Mobile Broadband.
My M1+ app for Bespoke SIM Only, Flexi and Contract plans only.
M1 Maxx app for Maxx Postpaid SIM Only
M1 Prepaid for M Card Prepaid

ic. M1 Maxx is quite attractive. however, no autoroaming service is a turn off for me.

that's the reason why i decided to go with myrepublic mobile instead.
