My company force the staff to take leave during cny period. Can complain to mom?

Last week during cny the ceo (a Chinese ft) say everyone must take annual leave for Thursday and Friday and its compulsory and must use annual leave cos overseas office not working

Can report, but is it almost everyone disagree or just you?
If just you and you don't have any niche skill that the company need, then i suggest you also update you cv after reporting.
