whats ur budget and use case? if gaming, do mention ur monitor resolution and refresh rate.
imo the 5050 is a hard pass regardless. based on a similar looking spec, this seems to cost about 1.1-1.2k?

I using mostly for work and sometime simple games. It will cost much higher if I upgrade from prebuilt brands like dell, etc, so I try build pc. It's within my budget of abt $1.2 k. Thank you🙏

What type of work? Just regular MS office?

What type of games? Minesweeper/solitaire type of games to AAA Battlefield 6?

It doesn't even sound like you need a full on PC though that depends on the games you play.

Because if the game is not graphic intensive, getting something like a mini PC is a better choice for you. Saves you money too. Depending on what specs you want, the better ones range between 300+ to 600+.

Unless you are doing more graphic intensive tasks like working with AI or playing AAA games at high fidelity, you don't need much.

Please help to recommend on the brand and model of mini PC. Thanks

AMD RYZEN 5 7600
Gigabyte B850M Gaming X WF6E: $556
ADATA XPG LANCER DDR5-6000 CL30 32GB - $230
Gigabyte RTX5060 8G Windforce: $440
Samsung 990 Pro 1TB NVME GEN 4 - $169
FSP HV PRO 85+ 650W - $67
MONTECH X5M - $60
ID-COOLING FROZN A410 ARGB - $30

Total: $1552

Within a budget of $1.2k is difficult unless you don't get the graphic card.
Use the AMD Ryzen onboard graphics temporary.
*PS this price is just for reference guide, is not for sales or promotion purpose.
Don't know why once it was removed proably someone assume this is sales.

Please help to recommend a spec for build PC please good for workstation PC. Thanks
honestly the spec you posted earlier should be fine, for work and light gaming, theres not really much to complain about. if under 1.2k it should be fine.

Which one would run at cooler temperatures?

I see that the AMD one can run three monitors
Monitor support is dependent on the GPU output. If it gives u the option for 3 outputs, it probably supports 3 monitors.

Also, I mentioned that their performance is similar. Right down to their temps.
