MINDEF should open a new FCC at Geylang for those hokkien peng. Let them play with foreigners and integrate with them physically.
It will give NSMen plenty of motivation to complete RT sessions.
The sessions will be fun, bringing a great deal of endurance training to help NSMen last a long time. Add to the many positions available, it will help develop the various core muscle groups of thousands of our soldiers.
Come June 2, RT and IPT same same, can choose colour tag.
Green - for weight loss / bmi
Orange - sports and game....if many pple, play soccer, few pple, play bball, wet weather, play frisbee
Red - run plus static stations training
Yellow - static stations training
Blue - fitness challenge....basically HIIT, tabata plus short runs/sprints. Earliest to outpro, but requires maximun effort, cannot chao keng. For pple who truly wanna improve their fitness.
