Ninjavan Delivery Sucks

my personal experience with ninja:

1) avoid at all cost during peak season e.g. 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, black friday, before Christmas, NY, CNY, Hari Raya etc; arranging delivery regardless to home or collection point will be a big test on your patience and manners

2) all other times do your best to use collection points, any 24x7 7-11 or pick lockers should be your number 1 choice as some minimartts, maid agencies, pet shops have weird opening hours and those ninjas don't seem to bother checking opening hours, you may get the frustrating notice of ninja at collection point but failed delivery as point not in operation
Not every merchant can select collection point, some is use ninja van by default :s22:

so far i use NinjaVan ok ... satisfied customer ... not many experiences, but all good.

Am i the only one extremly pissed off with ninjavan delivery services? Very very slow and lousy.

Companies engaging ninjavan, prepare to get your hard-earned reputation condemned.

I ordered so many items online. Only ninjavan cannot make it at all.

Even my overseas items have arrived one by one. Yet local items under ninjavan, all sleeping in ninja warehouse for weeks.

Hotline useless. Chatline useless.

My parcel w collection point was transferred to delivery to my address instead after parcel was at ninja sortation center from 13 oct to 17 Oct.

17 Oct
- received lazada notifications that my order was delivered.

Reported to Ninja agent that I did not received it n indicated my hp n email address.

18 n 19 Oct
- agent called to check if I had received , I said No.

20 Oct, today
- No call from Ninja agent.
I checked w live agent n was informed some1 had emailed to ninja that I had received it !!

I asked abt the sender email address n it was not the email address given by me to agent !!

Then I received an email from Ninja on missing parcel confirmation n will notify Lazada.

Seems like lapse in security? Usually they should have asked for personal details to confirm identity first before entertaining customer request.

Just realised ninja van no more call hotline already. Last time used to have and can at least speak to locals who can understand your issue and help you. Now I think fully outsourced to foreign countries, all give standard template replies. :vijayadmin:

So now only left with email or live chat, but the live chat strictly have to use Telegram, Facebook Messenger or Viber with your mobile number registered with them instead of a generic live chat with no registration like what 99% of the other companies do.

My shopee order also stuck with Ninja Van. It has been 1 week since i placed my order. Worst courier in Singapore!

I got a domestic order that is supposed to be delivered by 10pm today but the status still stucked at 'Arrived at sorting facility' since 2:43am today and it seems like they are unable to deliver the items as scheduled. And they don't bothered to inform me.

Ninja Van sucks big time.

Ninja vans used to be decently good in old days and even got documentary of their company and CEO.Now like existing as shadow of SPX and JNT.
