thanksCheck w @The_King as he is looking into paints.
How to know which is expert or notch?Previously I engage a local contractor which is made up by foreign talents. The review on Google is 5 star.....but the quality of work is scrappy. Made a complaint and they came back to rectify.
Total damages is $450, few pieces of furniture and one air con fan coil cover which was painted accidentally. Actually after some inspection I realized some part of ceiling was not even painted. There was a lot of cleaning up to do after their horrendous paint work.
I advise is may be it's best don't save on painting services. You really need expert with the same thinking alike yours, with the same standard as yours. Otherwise be prepared to live with some of the defects. You need a big heart to accept those regrets.
Painting wall is not a brainless job you can get any bangla to do it. It must be a trained bangla!
Must know how to identify and thread mould. Put layers of undercoat.
Kitchen and toilet must be treated properly.
If you ownself buy those material and DIY, actually it's not much cheaper.
Also if you wanna paint dark colours, it's very challenging. There's moisture in the wall that could cause patches of different shades.![]()
can tell if they do this step, sand the wall, remove dust from wall, put painter tape, primer, remove painter tape before primer dry, once dry painter tape again, retape again, 1st coat, remove painter tape before 1st coat dry, once dry painter tape again, lightly sand the wall again, remove dust from wall, 2nd coat then remove painter tape before paint dryHow to know which is expert or notch?
Got some is pay expert price but newbie service
