You lease from HDB. You are not really the owner.
Beside, based on past records, government will ensure HDB is covered.
You want to LD government?
Tats y i said hdb bto can delay shile private property would have to complete on time as it has LD de. 😂

To be fair, it's tough to predict a pandemic.

Nevertheless, it's hard truth that property prices will be moving north and will continue as long as people WFH without the pandemic in future.

As we have learnt, more covid and lockdowns = higher property prices! :spin:

If the govt don't give money like the last circuit breaker, the property prices could drop. In the last circuit breaker, the govt gave a lot of money in JSS and rental subsidy, and delayed mortgage payments for many people, that had helped save the property prices from dropping during the covid recession.

Those who’s job r affected by covid last year and who can’t pay their mortgage (if any) should already long exited, no need wait until second waves and get into another predicament. :D
