Close to town, have nice sch, mrt, high ses area

not every condo Can make money.
hace a friend bought Newton condo.

depending location. some places you need to drive out to buy food or grocery else you have to walk for 15-20min for more choices.

Surely drive even to nearby malls to eat and buy groceries
If not get maid to do it

There's also some condominiums between United Square and Newton Hawker centre
