ooh.. same.. May I ask you what course u applied to and whats ur gpa/rankpoint?
And are you a foreigner or citizen?
Same here.. You should appeal for ntu imo. btw what's your rank point/gpa?
Rp 72 how about you and have you appealed for NTU?
Dear all,
I am a foreigner with A Level UAS of 83.75 and have just learned that I was rejected for my admission into NUS. My 1st choice was FASS and 2nd was Biz admin but my focus was FASS.
Could anyone tell me if I would stand a chance to get into FASS if I appeal? NUS website statement says something like "when you are rejected, all your choices have been thoroughly considered and you are highly unlikely to be successful with your appeal if you apply to the same course with your original application." I am really upset as FASS was my sole goal during my JC and I thought my A Level grades were good enough to get me into FASS.
Would anyone care to share what is the grade or UAS sufficient for a foreign student to get into FASS?
Totally understood how that felt. I too am a foreigner with a UAS of 86.25 and yet I cannot Get into chemical engineering. In fact, I cant even get into nus now. Hopes and dreams all crushed.
Me tooAnd I just got rejected by SMU also..what do I do now really

That is really surprising. What's the exact breakdown of your grades? Did you Get E for GP or sth?
