I would rather keep Astrea 5 than the Temasek bonds.

Astrea V looks not bad with the market price and still able to get 3.7% if buy from the market. A good alternative if not able to allocate much of Astrea VII, plus the 2 years waiting time to recall and if not add another 1%.

Assuming it gets called at 5 years, you will receive $10000 on top of the final $206.25

Should the final interest after 5 yrs be $206.25 biannual x 2 x 5 yrs = $2062.50?

When the stock market is down by 20%, there are plenty. If cannot decide, just throw into S&P ETF.
Also, need to keep some gunpowder dry to take opportunities on sudden market crashes.

But, I held most of my stocks for many years, I probably won't buy it.
Telsa is leading in EV now but I believe the German and Jap will catch up soon.
I just cannot see the long term competitive advantage over other giants like Volkwagon and Toyota.

For 10k shares, now share price is 1.05, 10500
brokerage is 35. you you get 10500 - 35 = 10465

Jun next year, you will get 3 coupon payment. so 3*4-35/2 = 650
redeem bond you get 10k so 10000 = 650 = 10650
