Erm to use Pancakeswap in your case would probably be to buy BNB at Binance.sg, send to Binance.com, send to Metamask wallet, swap BNB for Cake in Pancakeswap. Transactions in crypto generally require fees unless it's feeless (Nano).

But in all honesty moving out of Binance is risky so do research on it.

It's very easy to lose money cause of the gamification in Pancakeswap lol

Yeah BTC is close to 30sgd. ETH is expensive too. That's why BSC/Pancakeswap popular for sh1tcoins/defi/etc right now. Swap on ETH will cost around 50usd. But cheap means very easy to launch projects that might be shady so be careful.
