Tweaks sorting options for a few in-game menus.

Changes
Dialer menu: fixed broken alphabetical sorting
Messages menu: added alphabetical sorting for left contacts panel
Quests menu: sorting by timestamp replaced with sorting by level (ascending)
Shards menu: sorting by timestamp replaced with alphabetical sorting

after 1.2, the graphics performance seems better, can turn on ray tracing without slowing down for my RTX2060... :o

but still have many bugs not addressed... :frown:

is it playable on PC with 2018’s 2080 rtx card?
i worry the glitches and was unable to get on hand the one year old 3090 rtx card :rolleyes:

Took them so long just to fix the minimap, and first content drop is just a bunch of outfits. *facepalm*
