this dakota is just opp OARFC but have to walk further down to either of the two MRTs

The Feb2022 BTO sites are v attractive for both Geylang and Kallang/Whampoa. Super prime location, both within walking distance to their nearest mrt station and near to town.

Rochor is in this round of BTO. And yes, of cos in comparison to those above sites, Rochor has the best location, but the point is those few in Feb 2022 are v tantalising options too.

The SERS-ed Dakota Crescent estate is finally being redeveloped. Many of the old blocks are still standing.

Rochor best location but the PLH model might make it hard to sell without losing money and there's a chance you get a unit with your view blocked because of Istana.

I am just wondering for the super tiny 66 sqm 3 roomer, can tahan to wait 10 year MOP or not and clawback of 6% and who will buy also. Should not sell as 3 roomer, should sell as 5 roomer/3 gen, final BTOs for any SC (non other property holding only) who really want stay till end-of 99 year lease. Actually many SCs used to live in those 5-footway houses before moving into Housing Estates. You never know, sell $1 mil starting price also got more buyers for bigger flats rather than smaller flats in PLH. Smaller flats just leave to Mature Estates
