Consolidate above sounds nightmare...

Well, as for the nearby constructions at least will on going for the next 5 - 10 years or even longer.. The main turn off still the fighter jet which is very likely many donkeys there.... As for heavy vehicle, it might be temporary. DB by heavy vehicle still not as loud as new generation fighter jet....

Serangoon looks another good choice since many years ago since BTO launch till now.

Not a big issue to some buyers, drivinig/cycling or even walking to the nearest mrt.

Most important is location. Sad to say that it is very likely very very competitive. Super over subscribe is predictable...

Whats so good about the serengoon location? Nothing much for amenities there... last time the garden residences also got a hard time selling?

If it’s really near affinity Serangoon like you mention it will be close to future Serangoon north mrt?

its also have Serangoon north village and Serangoon garden for daily necessities

5 room BTO is also lesser and lesser, won’t be surprise to see more people going for it

Basically KH Colours/Axis/Crest/Pride/Sunshine Colours can hear nia. and is sometimes only, not regularly..

If you want vibration then u gonna go live JW area where the landing path is directly overhead..
