I think wait for one more year better. updated firmware improvements.new hardware improvements.. Slimmer lighter. More new games and at cheaper price and overall ps4 price cheap. 400+ sgd is my guess.

The company has tweaked the design of its 500GB model to make it 10 percent lighter and 8 percent more power efficient than before. Only the CUH-1200a with a 500 gigabites hard disk has been announced so far, but the console sports a 8% reduction in power consumption and a 10% reduction in weight. Unfortunately, the price remains the same.
Another rerlevant difference with the old model is that the shiny finish of the hard disk drive cover is gone, replaced with a finish similar to the rest of the body.
