The normal non-steelbook FIFA one was at US$34.99 earlier, but all claimed liao.

Games can be played on any account, regardless what version of the game. It's only the DLC that's tagged to the region.

no diff

DLC you redeem on that region's account then once in your ps4, you can use the dlc in either account

$388 final price. added in a useless $1 item to make it $500. regretted buying Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) last month.. PS4 is even cheaper than tablet now..
