Got my red packet refund for lost parcel. Tried buy same item, maybe the price of my item dropped, still got extra. Anyone used before, will the voucher be gone if i didn't spend all or it deduct?

I think the order was assigned to singpost by the system. I didn't do anything. Shipping alone was around $10 after discount.

anybody got use cainiao direct air shipping recently? my parcel flew out on tues and started clearing sg customs on wed, but until now havent clear which is damn weird, usually on the same day should clear finish. even i check with ninjavan (cnsgn) they say havent pick up parcel. cso also no use, only can say expedite.

direct air sometimes is heng suay, especially electronics i think. My smart plug stuck at customs clearance for 2weeks.

It's China.

It's RMB4k+, their 1 to 2 months salary.

Sounds really jialat. I received my air package today (Ninjavan) after contacting the CSO yesterday. I bought trivial stuff like SD card cases, velcro loop, mini S hooks, etc.

Can you guess what were in your lost packages that might attract thieves ?

My first lost parcel was silver rings, second lost parcel was loose crystal beads and silver hardwares for accessories making. I dont think they were stolen. They never even cleared sg custom as per AGI website. AGI only listed as “shipping data received”. I think CAINIAO lost the whole shipping carton after it reached sg before it cleared custom.

1 year validity for red packet.

Btw, anyone ever reach gold Bird status on cainiao ? It unlock one to one wechat cso benefit. I wonder what can they do that normal cainiao cso can't do

Really unfortunate, feel like the probability of not even reaching custom is low. I would trust agi data since its involve custom so don't think they will try funny stuff.
