Yeah, then I charged to my YouTrip card (in RMB). I think the RMB rates (by YouTrip) not bad. But nowadays after they (淘宝 iOS app) disable my ApplePay, I have gotta rely on TaoBao's built-in RMB-to-SGD conversion, which isn't too good.

May I know how you pay in rmb? When I checkout, it is already in sgd

I kena , bought the item on 4th Oct. Reached china custom 6th oct, struck for 20days. Now waiting for ship to leave the port on 29th oct.....

encountered this 商品过期不存在 many times. items added in my cart long time ago usually in this status, so is common.

for geo fencing it shows this item can't sell in singapore on the add to cart button

i guess it means out of stock

then search results shouldn't show listings that have out of stock mah

so lousy sia, I have to click first 15+ listing before finding 1 that does not have that error

Hi everyone. Can anyone advise me on how refund works on Taobao? I made a purchase but wanted a refund as I have selected the wrong shipping option. I have made payment using PayLah but the app states that it has been refunded to AliPay. I checked on my AliPay transaction history and it shows fully refunded but there's nothing in my balance page. Checked my PayLah and there's no sign of refund as well. I don't mind if its just a $100 item but this is above $1K so I'm a little worried now. Thank you all for any advice and help provided.
