IMHO, they will sell DLCs separately. would be silly if Ubisoft didn't do that - and sell it to make it profitable for themselves. afterall they are in this industry to make money. right?
choice is still up to u. best if u tested the beta then u will know what you're in for.

yes im gonna try open beta, i hv not yet purchase the game. the hype hasnt temp me into buying it yet since i miss the close beta.
have nv played any game that has DLC as i mainly play counter strike only. any shooter game will catch my attention for sure!
just remember. The Division is not a shooter in the regular sense. it's more of a TPS with RPG / skill / crafting elements.
essentially Diablo but in third person.
if you're one of those players that covert their FPS skill, then u may be disappointed when u need >10 headshots to down a mob.
