Why the 10 others want to collude with the doctor? They all want to see her in birthday suit? Why make no mention about what led the doctor to do so? Was she behaving unreasonably? Something dun add up…

My guess is she had some kind of elusive pain complaint, went through various specialities and investigations to no avail, dependent on (and demanding) increasingly stronger painkillers during multiple hospital admissions.

Referred psychiatry, undesirable diagnosis made, tempers flared with aggressive behaviour tantamount to abuse of healthcare professionals. Mental health act invoked, restrained and jabbed with sedatives (requiring skin exposure) and got sent to IMH for being a danger to herself and others. IMH A&E doctor probably deemed inpatient admission unnecessary after triage assessment, gave her a follow-up appointment.

Don’t quote me, wild guess only hor…

Maybe another Karen keep asking for creams and treatments and etc... when she is totally fine after doctor assessment?

I know there are certain pain that cannot be assessed by doctors much unless do xray and further more expensive checks but those should go away with time...? Maybe she herself don't want to opt for those extremely expensive checks then keeps complain pain here pain there?

Or maybe someone can help her and flip file on TTSH demand explanation and the SOP on if there's 2nd or more opinions sought before invoke Mental Health Act...
