4th jab for age 60, immunocompromised and healthcare workers. Probably 700k already 4th jabbed.

Their advisory panel recently recommend 4th jab for age 18 and above. 5 months after 3rd jab.

As per Denmark CDC, Omicron subvariant BA.2 is 1.5x more transmissible than BA.1.

BA.2 had outcompeted BA.1 to be the dominant variant in Denmark.

As for SG, BA.2 %tage is catching up BA.1.

Infected with Omicron and getting reinfected with Omicron again.

"Overall, immunity from Omicron infection is much lower than the immunity from Delta infection, correlated with the severity of infection. So unless you get a severe infection with all of its consequences you also don’t get immunity from having another infection."

A bit of info on USA healthcare in Dr Campbell video. It's always interesting to look at the comments from people like you and me in the comments section. They know what's really happening on the ground.

SARS-CoV-2 invades cognitive centers of the brain and induces Alzheimer's-like neuropathology

Abstract

Major cell entry factors of SARS-CoV-2 are present in neurons; however, the neurotropism of SARS-CoV-2 and the phenotypes of infected neurons are still unclear. Acute neurological disorders occur in many patients, and one-third of COVID-19 survivors suffer from brain diseases. Here, we show that SARS-CoV-2 invades the brains of five patients with COVID-19 and Alzheimers, autism, frontotemporal dementia or no underlying condition by infecting neurons and other cells in the cortex. SARS-CoV-2 induces or enhances Alzheimers-like neuropathology with manifestations of beta-amyloid aggregation and plaque formation, tauopathy, neuroinflammation and cell death.

Pathological sequelae of long-haul COVID

Abstract

The world continues to contend with successive waves of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), fueled by the emergence of viral variants. At the same time, persistent, prolonged and often debilitating sequelae are increasingly recognized in convalescent individuals, named ‘post-COVID-19 syndrome’ or ‘long-haul COVID’. Clinical symptomatology includes fatigue, malaise, dyspnea, defects in memory and concentration and a variety of neuropsychiatric syndromes as the major manifestations, and several organ systems can be involved. The underlying pathophysiological mechanisms are poorly understood at present.
