Opennet TP installation

Hey guys, I know it's kindda late to install TP at my home but I finally decided to install it now. I'm wondering if Service Provider eg. Starhub still provide free TP installation for first timers. At the same time, my house furnitures are mainly built-in. As such, I'm having trouble finding a spot for the TP to be placed as a built in shelf blocks a direct path to the TV.

If you were to subscribe to StarHub fibre plans, they offer subscribers who have no TP in their home currently with free TP installation within 15meters.
