One thing I noticed, adjusting the smallest width settings in developer options doesn't retain after you reboot phone.

It is the same in past version of android. It is just a temporary settings. need to re-set it again after reboot,

I have unlnow brand 10KmAh wireless charger of around +22w i think. so it is basically charging slowing. It works tho. even the freebies of 5KmAh charge around + 10w.

no problem for me. tho hearsay in some other countries same thing. some cards just cannot add and work. sometimes it was a bank settings nowadays for spam protection, they turn it off. you have to turn it ON temporary timing only and then add card from Google pay.
