Overspending public money, busting budget. Instead of focussing on why low ses cannot do better despite so much help and freebies

If we take a look at how the civil service and stat boards are spending their money, even if we keep taxing the rich, there's not enough to go around.

How many of you have heard of how they make sure they spend every single cent in the budget to ensure not getting a cut in the next round?

I dun believe in helping lazy people as well, there should be a flat tax system here rich are rewarded for being hardworking

If civil servants can waste money with no accountability why not have this money diverted to help the poor?

They won't help the poor, they need to keep people poor in order to keep their cushy jobs of 'governance'. :(
