if ban smoking at home, due to neighbors getting 2nd hand smoke...
sure no problem. i smoker also support

but pls also ban children who are under 12 from playing in their flat from 8pm to 8am daily,
due to neighbors below getting annoyed by running and jumping noise pollution.

While we are here alr.. plz Also ban all pets, and cannot use flush toilet after 12

How about smoking at neighbour corridor or lift landing? My neighbour always smoke outside my gate or at lift landing. Then throw cig butt on floor. I got call NEA and town council complain the past 15 years but no avail end up he create trouble for me always.
