Phanteks front IO circuit burning?

I got my PC built at Dynacore recently with the Phanteks Evolv X case.

The front IO circuit seems to be shorted or something. Initially it would get very hot, to the point my fingers will get burned if I touch it for too long. I thought this was normal, so I left it alone. Today I noticed it was emitting burning smells, which is a bit scary. One small part of the circuit also looks like it's burned now.

May I know how I should go about getting a replacement for that piece?

Morning, :)

The setup was assembled by Dynacore?
For the I/O ICs to burn, usually is wrongly assembled.
ie, pin mis-aligned mostly.
Can you take a picture(s) of the affected area(s), and see which if that is connected to the mainboard as well.(check any burns)
Email the details to icare@corbell.com.sg w/name & contact.
Our guys will advise from there.
(Difficult to visual from the description alone)

Can you double check the email and resend?
They have went through the mail but didn't receive yours of that particular issue.
Perhaps you can let us know the email as well after you have sent.
