… at like almost same timing. It just went off for a few seconds then come back on again.

What could be the cause?

The circuit breaker inside house did not trip at all, all the switches were up

No smell…, the switch all stayed up. I didn’t do anything and the power came back on like really a few seconds later

It's called a voltage sag or dip, it's a short momentary loss of supply which is not very critical unless it's like semi conductor industry which is intolerable for such dip then they will install devices to ride through this dip.

someone turn on some high power electrical device.
I also say it’s something similar
ts, sic you our story. Rast time we also often had power trips.
one day, this *ahem* device spoilt.
we realised this device was the culprit cos wif this device gone we never had power trips anymore.
So ts, look for a “ahem” type or no-brand appliance that is always in use.

But did your circuit breaker trip? Mine just stayed up and the power came back literally in seconds without me doing anything

ts case never trip anything is scary man...
later something starts burning...
the highest current is usually the storage heater...
but i believe switching it on normally doesn't cause such a scenario, right?

Very strange behavior.

Doesn't sound like it is due to appliances by the supply of it.

No leh, didn’t switch on anything at that time. Funny thing is it happened yesterday at like similar time too. Yesterday I just thought it was a power dip so wasn’t really bothered, then it happened today again :spin:
